Sending a newly generated password
- Enter the email address you provided during registration.
- A newly generated access password will be sent to this email address.
- the login name is the user's email address
- only successfully registered users with a created user account can log in to the system
- login problems usually occur:
- - when incorrect login details are entered (incorrect email or password)
- - if upper-case or lower-case letters in the login details were entered differently from the original registration
- - if the password contains invalid characters (spaces, diacritics, commas, periods ...)
